By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Kyron (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides luxury chauffeur transportation services subject to availability and acceptance of a confirmed booking.

2. Services

We provide professional chauffeur-driven transportation services with experienced European-trained drivers. Services include, but are not limited to, airport transfers, corporate travel, private hire, and special events.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to confirmation. Payment terms, rates, and any applicable deposits will be communicated at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on duration, distance, vehicle type, and additional requests.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or changes must be made within the time frame specified at booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or modify services due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or events beyond our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information. Any delays caused by incorrect details, late arrivals, or client actions may result in additional charges. Clients must behave respectfully toward drivers and vehicles at all times.

6. Safety & Conduct

Smoking, illegal substances, and dangerous behavior are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. We reserve the right to terminate a service immediately without refund if safety or conduct standards are violated.

7. Liability

While we take all reasonable measures to ensure safety and reliability, Kyron is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.

8. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for items left, lost, or damaged inside the vehicle.

9. Privacy

All client information is handled confidentially and used solely for service-related purposes, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
